IH   Database, Open Range Software
Paul J. Webb, National Grid USA
What do we do with our IH data? Does it sit in file cabinets at different sites?   What if we could pull that data together into one electronic database? High   quality data and access to it are necessary to make and validate IH decisions.   National Grid purchased an inexpensive IH software program from Open Range (http://openrangesoftware.com/)   in the summer of 2006. This presentation will go through the steps necessary   to use this software to effectively manage your IH program from sampling surveys   to report generation. If you do not currently use IH management software, you   owe it to yourself to hear this presentation.
